Employee Physical & Emotional Wellness

Employee Engagement and Recognition
At ACIC we prioritize employee morale and engagement. Through our Employee Engagement Committee, we offer fun monthly morale boosting activities such as chili cookoffs, secret gift exchanges, ugly sweater contests, and annual field day events where associates compete for prizes and bragging rights.
We also recognize outstanding performers through our quarterly Hall of Fame Award. Nominees are selected by their peers for their exceptional teamwork, dedicated community service and innovation. Winners of the Hall of Fame Award receive a $2,000 bonus.
Employee Development
We believe in investing in our associates personal and professional development. We encourage and support our employees to achieve their goals through education. Employees can receive tuition reimbursement to pursue college programs, or they can earn certifications from the Insurance Institute or Scrum Alliance. Employees also have access to an extensive library of free training materials through the Cornerstone Learning Management System and Franklin Covey leadership portal.
Additionally, we offer a monthly “Passport to Knowledge” program that highlights different areas or departments within the company, allowing employees to learn more about their colleagues' roles and contributions.
For those desiring advanced training we also offer a Managers Training Program and a Leadership Academy to identify and develop current and future leaders.
Community and Employee Support
We are committed to supporting our local community. We host monthly fundraisers to support associates in need, or to raise funds for a local or national charity. Each year we raise thousands of dollars to support worthwhile causes to include the Salvation Army Angels, United Way, Relay for Life and Feeding America, and many more.
